What does this package contain?

- cca 5-hour-long step-by-step tutorial in which we create the animation you can see below + final .blend file

- Smart trees asset pack - Considering that a good part of the scene falls on trees, I decided to share my Smart trees asset pack with you.

With the Smart Trees asset pack, you can create the most detailed CG trees in Blender - MORE ABOUT IT HERE
-Two smaller asset packages - photo-scanned ground and photo-scanned trash that can be useful in the scene we create.

TUTORIAL

The entire process of creating scenes is recorded step-by-step, making the tutorial easy to follow even for beginners and requiring no other software than Blender (free).

We will go through all the processes of creating a scene. From collecting information, reference images, organization, to modeling, texturing, unwrapping, lighting, animation, post-processing, and more.

BAR MODELING

In the first 13 lessons lasting about 2 hours and 20 minutes, we’ll turn a house found on Google Maps into a bar using modeling techniques.

In this part of the tutorial, I’ll show you how to model fast using shortcut keys and modifiers, and how to make a low-poly model look detailed in the camera, creating shaders to bring out as much detail as possible.

INSIDE BAR

In the second part of the tutorial, we will model and texture the bar from the inside.

We’ll use a lot of emissive shaders here, and since the bar is farther from the camera, I’ll show you an easy way to make it look highly detailed without spending a lot of time.

ENVIRONMENT

With the bar completed, we’ll move on to creating a cinematic scene around it

In this part, we’ll cover everything you need to create a cinematic scene — from camera setup and render settings to lighting and composition. I’ll show you how to achieve a cinematic, misty look using volumetrics, where to find great free models, how to create materials, and more.

At the end of the tutorial, you will be able to create the animation from the video above as well as much more.

With around six years of experience in Blender, I’m excited to share many of the things I've learned along the way.

ASSETS INCLUDES

Smart trees

Considering that a big part of the scene falls on trees, I decided to share my Smart trees geometry node modifier setup with you. The Smart Trees cost about the same as the tutorial, so you can look at it as a gift.

Smart trees consist of 38 tree bases, which we can completely transform inside the modifier tab, and get unlimited tree variations by scattering 69 photo-scanned parts of the tree, and get the most realistic CG trees ever.

This is a unique approach to creating trees and gives the most realistic results.

Ground photo-scans and Trash-garbage photo scans

My old photscans are still useful for quickly and easily adding imperfections to the ground. Since I used them in this project, I decided to share them with you.It is recommended to add them to the Asset browser so that you always have them at hand.
